Computer and electronics follow our Standard Return Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, to qualify for a full refund. We will issue a partial refund if the item is open, used, or returned late*. We may also subtract the original shipping charge and return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an Overstock error.

Large screen televisions are shipped via freight carrier.
TVs larger than 50 inches can be returned in accordance with our Oversized Return Policy guidelines.
Please be sure to inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, record it on the shipping receipt, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Most large screen TVs include a manufacturer or distributor warranty. Warranty information is listed in the Product Details when included. You may also purchase an extended protection plan when you place your order. If your TV develops a problem, contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
Televisions that are 50 inches or less follow our Standard Return Policy.
Large appliances (such as but, not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dryers and range hoods) and outdoor power equipment (including but not limited to mowers, chain saws, generators, pressure washers, trimmers and blowers) may be returned within 30 days from delivery. If your item arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please contact us immediately so we can help in initiating a damage freight claim.
If the item is not working properly (manufacturer defect), you find hidden damage after delivery, is missing parts, or there are installation damages, you must contact the manufacturer and initiate a warranty claim. According to Federal Law, we are unable to return or exchange large appliances after purchase unless the manufacturers is be given the opportunity to attempt to repair the item.
Warranties are included with the purchase of all appliances. The duration of your warranty can be found in the appliance owner’s manual and coverage begins on the date of purchase. Upon delivery, please inspect your new mattress, foundation, or mattress set before signing the shipping receipt. You will only qualify for a full refund for damaged or defective mattresses, mattress sets, or foundations if you refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery.

How do I return Jewelry, Watches and Accessories?
We accept returns on jewelry and watches within our Standard 30-day Return Policy. We will only accept items in new, unworn, and non-altered (including sizing) condition. If your item was damaged during shipping or you suspect possible tampering, contact us immediately. Do not discard the box and/or packaging. The carrier will inspect the box and/or packaging to determine liability.

If you are not satisfied with your order, Shoes.com will happily accept your return at no cost. Orders can be returned for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
Shoes.com issues only ONE free return-shipping label per order, even if that one order includes multiple items. If you are returning more than one Shoes.com item from the same order, you must initiate a return for each item you wish to return. You will only receive a free shipping label on the first item. When an order is placed, there is a limited amount of time before the order information is sent to the Seller. If you need to cancel your order, you may access your order by going to the My Account page of Overstock.com and click on the “cancel” link provided.
If you would like to cancel an order that has already shipped, please contact the Seller directly.
If a Seller is unable to fulfill the order, we will refund you promptly so that you can place a new order. Please know that while an occasional out of stock item is bound to happen, we hold our Sellers to a high standard and require them to keep these instances to a minimum.
Unfortunately, items sold on Overstock Marketplace do not qualify for any price changes, as these items are priced, sold, and shipped by third parties.
When you order from a Seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party Seller), your return will be sent back to the Seller, not Overstock. Seller return policies may vary. You can view the Seller’s return policy before you purchase an item.

If you are returning an item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a service that requires a signature upon receiving the return. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the Seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest UPS delivery confirmation service.
