You can order your groceries using the Shipt app!
After you have signed up for a membership open the Shipt app on your phone or desktop. Then, select your items, choose a payment option, pick a delivery time, and place your order!
Sure, just download the app and sign up for an account. You won’t be able to place an order until you purchase a membership but you can browse to your heart’s content!
Most of the 40,000+ items in the store are available in the app.If you don’t see something you are looking for, add a custom request with details about the item and your Shipt Shopper will be happy to deliver it to you!
It’s super simple! The price you see in the Shipt app is the price you pay.
Delivery is free for members on orders over $35. Smaller orders are welcome, but a $7 delivery fee will be added to help cover the costs of shopping and delivery.
Shipt prices will vary slightly from in-store prices to help cover the costs of picking, packing and processing. Our members can expect to pay about $5 more using Shipt than they would on a $35 order purchased in the store themselves.
When ordering from select retailers, a small service fee will be added at checkout.
For example, a loaf of Wonderbread costs $2.29 in the store and $2.59 to have it delivered to your door using Shipt.
Our members are happy to pay the extra $.30 for the convenience and time saved!
Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. Show your shopper some love and appreciation by tipping any amount of your choice! You may tip in cash or within the app after you receive your delivery and 100% of your tip will go to the shopper.
Members can place a grocery order anytime at their convenience. Deliveries can be scheduled for a one-hour window as soon as one hour after your order. Our shoppers are available whenever the store is open. For some stores that means you can get delivery 24 hours a day!
Yes! Please do not schedule a delivery during a time window in which no one is home to receive the delivery. If no one is home at the time we deliver your groceries, we will call your mobile phone to ask for options on how to complete the delivery. Should this occur, any perishable items in your order could be damaged, so please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
Yes, as long as the location is in our coverage area. Shipt loves being a part of local business communities!
We use a crowdsourcing model, so our reliable Shipt Shoppers use their personal vehicles.

Click on the button ‘Any feedback on the items?’
Select ‘Issue’ for each missing item.
On the prompt, select ‘Something Wrong With Item’, ‘Item Missing’, or ‘Wrong Item’.
If you choose, add a note.
